3 Month Service

Brief Intervention

Brief interventions may be conducted in a single session or may consist of several sessions. The goal is to offer motivation, skills and or education in order to support the individual in reducing their substance use, guiding him/her toward a path of recovery and to help the addict avoid continued negative consequences.  A Brief intervention may require one to four visits, which may vary in length from 10 to 60 minutes.
